8/30/22 – This is a rare Smith & Wesson revolver that was issued to the U.S. Air Force. It’s an airweight with aluminum frame, and the back strap is roll marked ‘PROPERTY OF U.S. AIR FORCE’. It has the original black enamel style finish with most of the wear around the muzzle and top strap. This revolver does have mismatched numbers throughout, including the grips. The grips are in great shape though no cracks or chips. Minty bore. Nice case hardening on the trigger and hammer.
