8/14/24 – This is a beautiful and interesting example of a 1920 DWM Luger Carbine rig with case and stock. These pistols were made for general commercial sales, both within Germany and abroad. This particular example is marked ‘MADE IN GERMANY’, so was originally sent to the United States. Serial numbers do match throughout, including the stock. The bluing is excellent, with only minor wear on the lug due to attaching the stock. It has a 1920-style forend with no cracks or chips. It’s fitted with wood grips in excellent condition. Mint bore. The stock is numbered on the wood and metal attachment, and matches the pistol. It’s in very good condition with no cracks and fits the stock lug correctly. The listing also includes a rare holster that fits all the items, and is in excellent condition. Robert Saltsman collection.
