3/18/21 – This is an original and rare SS Enlisted / NCO Visor Cap. The black cap has nice white piping, which is almost completely in tact. There is some minor tattering along the edge of the upper piping. The black cloth is excellent with no notable flaws or issues. The chinstrap is mint. The visor has some mild surface scratches but is in great condition. The eagle and skull are both original to the cap, and show similar mild patina. The eagle is attached on one end, so it can “pivot” slightly if jostled (but it is attached & original to the cap). The interior is RZM SS marked on the brim, as shown. The interior of the leather liner is ink stamped and has the original RZM maker tag. Fairly clean interior. Overall a very rare and original piece.
