9/26/23 – This is a rare Simson Luger, manufactured in the 1920’s. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 6” Simson proofs throughout, even on the screws. The gun itself has retained about 90-92% of its finish. There is light spotty oxidation throughout and areas of wear on both grip straps, around the muzzle, on the left side of the barrel, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Some light scratching on the left side of the frame and on the side plate. Fitted with matching-numbered and Simson-proofed grips. Comes with a mismatched non-Simson magazine. The bore has good rifling with very minor frosting throughout.
