5/11/20 – This is an original WW2 era P.38 holster with a waffen military proof stamp on the back leather. There are no other markings besides the waffen proof, which is interesting and rare. We’re not exactly sure why, but there isn’t even a maker stamp on this holster. The inspection proof is strongly struck and original. The leather is clean with a little dye loss near the toe, but otherwise strong, clean leather and all original stitching. A great collector’s holster as it can virtually match any date P.38.
