11/5/21 – This is a scarce Navy 1934 Mauser, in about 85-90% original condition. It is a variation 4 Navy 1934, meaning that it has the closed wing eagle on the right side of the frame, but no property mark on the front strap. There were only an estimated 6,000 of this variation procured, in the serial range 544390-627788, meaning this is one of the last Navy 1934 Mauser’s produced. Has holster wear on all the high edges, and notable finish loss on the trigger guard. There’s also some pinpricking on the left side of the slide. Nice, original grip aside from small stress crack near grip screw. Strong, shiny bore. Banner marked magazine. Also comes with a rare, original holster with Kriegsmarine eagle stamp.
