4/23/24 – This is the rarest of all the Army-issued Mauser HSc’s! In 1941, Mauser ceased production of the model 1934 in favor of the HSc, and some of the first several thousand procured bear the same proofs as the model 1934 – Eagle/655 on trigger guard and the Army test proof on the grip tang. There were only 3,000 of this variation produced, with said markings and high-polish blue finish. This one is all matching and has retained about 98% of its finish. There is very minor muzzle wear and some light scratchy wear on the grip straps. There is also some light floral engraving on the right side of the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips and comes with a proper magazine.
