9/27/24 – This is a rare, early Mauser C96 Broomhandle rig with conehammer feature, one of ~13,000 produced. This pistol dates to 1897-98, and qualifies as an antique. It comes with its matching numbered stock. The stock shows minor bruising throughout and a couple of repaired cracks in the wood. The gun is all matching and shows almost no finish loss. We believe this one is a very high-quality professional restoration – whoever did this work did an amazing job. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
