2/4/21 – This is rare and incredible find! This is a very early DWM Model 1900 Luger with original case, manual, two spare magazines, oiler and cleaning rod. Production of the model 1900 began at serial 2000, so this is one of the first 1200 produced. The pistol is all matching and original, including the original grips. It has 98% of the original lustrous blue, with only minor high point wear, and nearly 100% of the original straw still present. The pistol has the dish toggle with toggle lock, wide trigger guard, recessed breechblock, 4.75 inch barrel and no stock lug. It also has NO export mark on the gun. Crown BUG proofs on the barrel and receiver. Mint bore and beautiful grips. The magazine in the pistol is a scarce find with flaming bomb inspectors mark on the base. The two spares are both wood bottom examples with blank bottom. The case, manual and other extras are very seldom seen and the grouping without the pistol sells for several thousand dollars on its own.
