2/29/24 – This is a rare Nazi MP 44 modified to semi-automatic after the war. This MP44 is a professionally rebuilt 100% original parts kit. It is made to ATF specs as a semi auto rifle and is serialized. The receiver is a 1944 made and was tri-cut and skillfully re-welded. It has WW2 parts but mismatched numbers throughout. The finish is generally very good, and the receiver was parkerized after rebuild. Terrific bore. The listing includes a period leather sling. Receiver is proofed ‘cos’ and has several waffenamts, including a E/280 proof. Wood furniture appears to be period original and has a minor surface crack on the underside.
