3/28/23 – This is an original 1935 “G Date” Luger holster from WW2. The holster is stamped on the back leather with a maker stamp by “C.Heinichen”, WaA142 military proof, and 1935 date. The date is hard to read, but the “5” is clearly visible, as well as the tops of each preceding number. This is by far the most rare variation WW2 military luger holster, as not many holsters were made during 1935. This example is in great condition except for the poorly struck stamps on the back leather and some repaired stitching on the back-left belt loop, as shown. The rest of the stitching is original and intact. The leather has mild pliability and great shape overall. There’s some light surface wrinkling on the lid and closure strap. Clean interior leather.
