10/29/24 – This is a scarce Navy 1934 Mauser. It is a first variation Navy 1934, meaning that it has the stick wing eagle on the left side of the frame with a “N3324” property mark on the front strap. There were only an estimated 8,000 of this variation procured. It comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine and an excellent Navy-style holster – no Kriegsmarine stamp, but there is a name ink stamp on the inside. The gun has retained about 93% of its original high polish finish. There is general high edge wear (mostly on the right side of the slide), muzzle wear, and very light scratchy wear on the front strap. Very nice wood grip. Excellent, shiny bore.
