5/4/21 – This is a very seldom found holster made with Elephant leather. At least that’s what collectors today consider this type of leather to be. The leather is slightly more smooth on the interior and has an off-white tone. The interior leather appears to have a faded / smudged ink stamp of some kind, and next to that is a 1943 date and “hsu” maker stamp. The exterior black leather and stitching are both in excellent condition.
