3/31/21 – By far the rarest variation of all Beretta 92 series guns, this is an early “step slide” Beretta 92, with date code AC (1977) on the right trigger guard. This spectacular gun appears near new with just tiny hints of high edge wear, and a small handling spot of wear here or there. Different from the subsequent variations, the first issue Beretta 92 had a “stepped slide’, a frame mounted safety and a mag release on the bottom of the grip frame. Only about 5,000 of these collectible guns were made from 1975-1977, with only a fraction being imported into the US by the Berben corporation – a Beretta subsidiary. This particular gun is in incredible shape and doesn’t come around often. Comes with a holster and a spare magazine.
