2/21/22 – This is a rare and unique DWM Commercial Luger with 12in barrel and “safe” and “loaded” marked frame, indicating it was made specifically for the American commercial market. The pistol has all matching numbers throughout and minty bluing. The barrel length was presumably part of a custom order by either the American retailer or the customer of the retailer that initially sold this pistol in the states. Beautiful straw on small parts. The grips are in great shape with minor handling wear but no cracks. They are numbered and matching to each other but not the pistol. The magazine is also period original but numbered on the base. Bore is shiny with strong rifling but at some point wasn’t cleaned well or cared for properly so there is some pitting throughout.
