5/28/20 – This is a rare and beautiful find, and the first we’ve offered. This is a mint Walther PP in its original, matching box, and it was issued to the “Reichsfinanzverwaltung” as indicated by the ‘R.F.V. 18825 W’ marking on the front strap. There were only about 22,000 Walther PP’s marked and issued to the RFV, but finding one in its original box, let alone this condition, is extremely uncommon. The gun has 99+% of the original, high-polish blue remaining. There’s just a tiny bit of wear and freckling on the left side of the muzzle. Minty bore and grips. Comes with original finger extension magazine, and flat bottom spare. Manual, cleaning rod and tin are all present, too.
