9/6/22 – This is “as new in the box” example of a scarce Colt AR15 lightweight rifle, chambered in 7.62×39 and only made for a couple of years around 1992-1993. This is a complete set that includes a still sealed sling, a manual, and even has a barrel plug present. The gun appears nearly unfired and has just a few tiny rub marks on top of the barrel from shifting inside the box. The box is an early blue label and is matching to the gun’s serial number. Just a few thousand of these were made before being discontinued and now are very collectible.
