6/14/21 – This is a very nice example of rare DWM Luger rig. It was initially issued to the Imperial German Army in 1917. It was then reworked and issued to the Trier Police force in 1930. It is all matching, has an added police sear safety, has the proper Imperial proofs, and has a Trier police “T.59.” unit marking on the front strap. The rig comes with a matching magazine and a matching unit-numbered 1930-dated holster. The gun has retained about 92% of its original finish. There are areas of wear on both straps, side plate, side rails, left side of the frame, and around the muzzle. Minor freckling on the straps. Comes with excellent matching grips. Excellent bore – shiny with great rifling.
