4/8/21 – This is a very nice example of a Walther Side by Side Shotgun, chambered in 16 GA. It was manufactured and sold in the commercial market in December of 1933. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. The gun features a Walther banner and partial engraving on the sides of the receiver. It comes with a period-correct sling. The gun has retained most of its original finish. There is spotty wear here and there, especially on the high edges of the receiver and left side of the barrel. Spotty freckling along the barrel. The stock is excellent – just very minor dings and dents here and there. The bores are mint. 28.5 inch barrels. 14.5 inch LOP.
