5/2/22 – This is an original early/pre WW2 production luger magazine. The magazine has a nickeled tube and aluminum base. The base is stamped with a serial number and “2” to indicate this as the spare magazine. The spine of the magazine is stamped “H. P. 457.” which we believe is likely a unit number of some sort, likely police. The tube has some mild patina throughout but this is mostly surface discoloration and not rust or pitting. The spring is strong and fully functional.
