8/27/19 – This is a very rare 1929 or 1930 made Simson luger that was issued to the German Police. Only about 12,000 total Simsons were made, with only about 1,000 going to the police. The pistol is all matching and original, including the grips. All small parts have the Eagle/6 Simson proof, even down to the grip screws. The magazine is a period original Simson production, but numbered to another Luger. The bluing rates at about 94-95% with a beautiful profile view, but some thinning of the straps. Police sear safety and magazine safety are present. Excellent bore.
