4/19/21 – This is a fairly scarce Police Parade / Dress bayonet with stag hand and unit number stamps. The hand guard and scabbard are both matching number unit stamped “L. MG. 195”. The blade is a shiny chrome finish, which is correct for these presentation / dress pieces. There are a few minor surface scratches but no excessive wear. The blade is maker stamped on each side as shown. The handle has no cracks or chips. The scabbard is in great condition as well with no notable issues and only some minor discoloration and aging on the leather portion of the scabbard. A previous owner polished the metal parts of the blade and scabbard, and the price is reduced accordingly.
