7/11/23 – This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. All matching with the proper police “Eagle C” marking on the trigger guard. Comes as a rig with an excellent Hoffman-style leather holster and one zinc-bottom magazine. The gun itself has retained about 94% of its wartime finish. There is very minor wear around the muzzle and on the high edges in general. Minor thinning on the grip straps. Light pin-pricking along the right side of the slide and some very light brown patina here and there. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Like-new bore.
