3/6/23 – This is an original WW2 German Army Dagger by Eickhorn. The dagger has a personalized crossguard, and comes with a 2001 dated catalog from Thomas Johnson where this example is described and listed for sale. The catalog describes this as an excellent example with a “jeweler engraved ‘G’ monogram”. The dagger blade has some mild surface patina throughout but no major discoloration. Visible cross graining and no signs of sharpening. The metal fittings have typical surface patina and no excessive wear. Nice dark orange handle has no cracks or chips. Comes with a nice, original scabbard that has no dents or major issues as well.
