8/27/24 – This is a nice example of a Colt Model 1877 Lightning DA Revolver, manufactured in 1900 and chambered in .38 Caliber. It is all matching and has a really nice nickel-plated finish that rates about 90%. While there isn’t much actual finish loss, there are spots of surface oxidation and minor pitting here and there. Comes fitted with nice real ivory grips. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is light spotty surface oxidation and minor pitting throughout.
