08/19/2024 – For sale is an M1 Garand made in 1942 at the Springfield Arsenal. This rifle has been rebuilt for the Korean war and has had its barrel and stock replaced. The rifle still retains a nice dark parkerized finish but is fading with wear. The stock has a nice tiger stripe pattern and in great condition. There is a civil defense stamp and a rack number on the left side. The barrel is stamped 1953 and has a bright bore with great rifling. The muzzle erosion reads a 3 and throat erosion is 2.
