06/25/2024 – For sale is a Type 99 Arisaka made at the Nagoya Arsenal in late WW2. This rifle features many “Last ditch” features but is not yet fully “Last Ditch.” The rifle retains a nice bluing on the metal parts but is browning with age and some wear. The stock is clean with no cracks and is the correct 3 piece stock. The Imperial Mum is untouched. The rifle is fully matching on the receiver, bolt, extractor, safety knob, and firing pin. The bore still has some brightness to it but there is pitting visible about 3 inches from the muzzle.
