10/1/2024 – For sale is a M1 Garand made by H&R in 1956. The rifle is in great condition with a smoothed parkerized finish on the metal with some minor wear marks and scratches. The stock is a replacement stock but is free of cracks or breaks. There is a P cartouche at the wrist and a DoD Stamp on the left side. The bore is very bright with great rifling. The muzzle erosion rates a 4 and the throat erosion a 2. The rifle comes with a M1 Bayonet marked UFH over a Flaming Bomb, the original box from CMP, and documents from the prior owner when they purchased this from CMP. There is also an enbloc of dummy training bullets included.
