10/01/2024 – For sale is an M1 Garand made at the Springfield Arsenal in August of 1941. This rifle is in great condition overall and has been rebuilt sometime in the past. The metal has a smoothed parkerized finish with most of the wear on the gas cylinder. The stock is in great condition but is a replacement and has no proof stamps. The bore is fairly bright but has pitting about 6 inches from the muzzle. The muzzle erosion rates a 2 and throat erosion a 1. The simplified parts list is below.
