Intended as a replacement for the Corps’ aging stock of 1911/1911A1 pistols, the M45A1 was destined expressly for units like Force Recon, Marine Special Operations Command (home of the Marine Raiders), and Special Operations Capable Marine Expeditionary Units. This close quarters battle pistol features a National Match barrel, Desert Sand finish, G10 grips, Trijicon front and rear sight and ambidextrous thumb safety. This example is in pristine, unfired condition. Mint bore, grips, etc. Includes the original matching serialized box, owner’s manual, two magazines, and Colt lock. Outstanding piece.
