3/15/23 – This is a nice example of a French Unique Model 17 issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 251” military acceptance proof on the tang. There are a couple of dings in the metal just under it. The gun itself has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. There is thinning throughout (most noticeable on the grip straps) and areas of spotty discoloration and oxidation along the right side of the slide. Nice period-correct black bakelite grips. Comes with one proper magazine. Minty bore.
