9/23/22 – This is an excellent example of an all-phosphate CZ Model 27 issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 76” military acceptance proof on the right side of the frame. It comes as a rig with a nice 1944-dated (very faintly dated on the back) pebble grain holster and a scarce phosphate magazine. These phosphate finishes are a little difficult to rate, but we estimate the gun has retained about 95%. While there is very little finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation throughout (typical). Comes with a very nice period-correct bakelite grip – tiny chips in the bottom corners. The bore is mint.
