4/13/23 – This is a very nice example of a Sauer 38h issued to the Nazi Army during WW2. All matching with the proper “Eagle 37” military acceptance proof on the left side of the trigger guard. This is likely a mid-war example, as evidenced by the full slide logo and early style magazines. It comes as a complete rig with a minty 1944-dated black leather holster and two correct “double S” marked magazines. The gun has retained about 93% of its finish with minor thinning on the grip straps, minor wear around the high edges in general, and a couple of small spots of wear on the right side of the slide. Excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Mint bore.
