5/31/24 – This is an excellent example of a very late, end-of-war AC 45 Walther P.38 from 1945. It has only one “Eagle 359” military acceptance proof on the slide, indicating it never made it out of the factory before the end of the war. This one has a rare “Waffen 76” marked barrel, indicating it was made at the Czech FNH factory. It is a GI mismatch. It has proper late-war features, such as rough machining and phosphate small parts. It has retained virtually all of its finish with just a few very light scratches on the slide. Fitted with black plastic grips. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional. Comes with an un-proofed magazine.
