6/13/22 – This is a minty example of a Springfield M1 Garand. The serial number dates to the receiver to the end of WW2, around June of 1945. The barrel and stock were replaced later. The barrel is “LMR” marked, and the stock has no markings. Op rod is National Match marked. Overall, the gun is in minty condition. There is just some light scratchy wear around the muzzle and one the gas tube. Minor discoloration here and there on the receiver and floor plate. Minty stock except for one tiny chip on the underside of the butt stock. Excellent, shiny bore.
