3/28/22 – This is a beautiful, near-mint example of a Smith & Wesson Model 17-3 revolver manufactured in 1975. It is all matching, chambered in .22 LR, and has a scarce 8 3/8 inch barrel. The cylinder is tight, and the action is very smooth. It has retained nearly all of its original high polish finish. There is very minor wear around the muzzle, a few very light scratches along the barrel, and barely a hint of a roll mark on the cylinder. Beautiful case-hardening on the small parts. Comes with excellent wood grips – just a few tiny bruises on the bottom edges. Mint bore.
