7/26/22 – This is an original 1939 dated SA medical pouch. The leather pouch is in minty condition with very clean, crisp brown leather and excellent stitching throughout. The exterior lid of leather is stamped with the SA logo and “NSDAP”. The front of the pouch is maker stamped and dated. All stamps are crisp and strongly struck. The interior leather is excellent as well with a label on the interior lid that has various medical instructions written in German. A very cool piece for any SA grouping.
