4/29/22 – This is a minty example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in April of 1944. The gun is all matching and comes as a rig with one period-correct leather holster and one matching-numbered magazine. The holster is fairly worn. The stitching on the left side is completely missing, and the stitching is starting to separate around the seam on the top flap and the closure strap. The gun itself has retained more than 98% of its original finish. There is one small spot of wear on the underside of the trigger guard and areas of light freckling on both sides of the frame and on the grip straps. Comes with minty matching-numbered wood grips. The bore was shiny with strong rifling, but there are just a few tiny pits around the muzzle. Otherwise, the bore is mint.
