5/1/18 – This is an early 60s Hi-Standard Supermatic Trophy target pistol in .22 LR with very desirable fluted heavy barrel. This is the most desirable configuration for High-Standard slant grip guns that earned them the nickname “SPACEGUN”. Literally works of art, these high polished pistols were the flagship of the HS target pistol line. This gun retains 99% of its original blue with mint bore and grips and just a hint of handling wear under the barrel. Strawed small parts and gold filled lettering combine for a striking contrast. Very few M104 guns with fluted barrels were made and these are highly sought after by collectors and target shooters alike.
