3/4/21 – This is a minty example of a Walther P.38 made at the end of the war. This one was manufactured in January of 1945, so it was one of the last made. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 359” Nazi military proofs. It has retained about 98% of its bluing. There is just very minor thinning on the front strap. There are small pits along both sides of the slide. They look like imperfections from the machining process, likely from the factory rushing to get them finished. Comes with excellent grips and a scarce late-war “u” marked magazine. The bore is stone-mint. De-cocker is functional.
