8/25/22 – This is a near-mint example of a Mauser HSC sold in the commercial market in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle N” proofs. It comes as a rig with a generic holster and two period-correct magazines. The holster has 1941 and waffen stamps, but these markings are not original. The gun itself has retained about 97-98% of its original bluing. There is just a hint of wear around the muzzle and hints of thinning on both grip straps. Comes with very nice period-correct wood grips – one tiny chip in the top corner of the right grip. Mint bore.
