6/19/23 – This is a minty example of a Mauser HSC sold in the commercial market in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper “Eagle N” proofs, and lacks any military proofs. It has retained about 97-98% of its original high polish finish. There are hints of wear on some of the high edges, a small area of discoloration on the right side of the frame, and a few tiny handling marks on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct wood grips – there is some noticeable bruising, especially on the right side. Comes with a period-correct Mauser banner magazine. Like-new bore.
