2/9/24 – This is a minty Colt Officer’s Model Target revolver manufactured in the early 1940’s, chambered in 38 SPL, and sporting a 6″ barrel. It’s a third issue “heavy barrel” example in fantastic condition, retaining virtually all of its stunning blued finish. Feint turn line on the cylinder, some hints of muzzle wear, and a bit of speckling on the bottom of the trigger guard are the only areas of wear. Bore is pristine. Original walnut grips are minty, with silver medallions still perfectly intact and sharp checkering in the wood, and just a couple light dings on the bottom.
