6/19/24 – This is a minty example of a BYF 44 Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The entire upper is mismatched to the frame. It has the proper “Waffen 135” military acceptance proofs. The gun’s original finish rates about 97% with just hints of high edge and muzzle wear. Fitted with period-correct black plastic grips and comes with a correct “Waffen 135” marked Mauser magazine. The bore has great rifling, but there is light spotty surface oxidation throughout. De-cocker is functional.
