8/26/22 – This is a minty example of a Enfield No 2 Mk 1 revolver issued to the British Royal Air Force in 1937. It is all matching, has the proper British proofs throughout, and has an “RAF” marking on the right side of the frame. The gun has retained about 97-98% of its original wartime finish. There are just hints of wear around the muzzle and high edges in general and a light roll mark on the cylinder. Some tiny handling marks here and there. Comes with period-correct black bakelite grips – there are some tiny chips on both sides. Mint bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth. Original lanyard ring is intact.
