6/9/21 – This is a mint example of a Spreewerk P.38 that was issued to the Nazi military in January of 1945. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 88” military proofs. It also has British proofs on the frame, slide, and barrel. “Not English Made” marking on the right side of the frame. This indicates the gun was captured by the British military. It has retained about 99% of its bluing. Just some areas of tiny dots of oxidation on the front strap and right side of the slide. A few very light surface scratches on the right side of the slide as well. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct Walther magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
