1/27/21 – This is a mint example of a rare, second variation Remington Rand 1911A1 from early 1943. It is also document by serial and photo in Clawson’s big book (pic attached). The gun is all original and simply can’t be upgraded, you won’t find a nicer example for this variation. Mint bore and grips. HS barrel is correct. Even has the somewhat scarce magazine that is made by Remington Rand’s own General Shaver division.
