5/15/20 – This is a Mint example of an original WW2 US Military Remington Rand 1911A1 Pistol. From the serial number, this pistol was manufactured in 1945 and was actually one of the last Remington Rand’s made in WW2. This pistol has retained 99+% of its original finish. It has proper “P” proofs on the left side of the frame and on the top of the slide. It is “FJA” acceptance proofed. It also has the proper US Military cartouche on the right side of the slide. The bore is minty. The gun functions properly. The barrel has “HS” and “P” markings.
