8/2/22 – This is a complete Mauser P.38 rig from September of 1944. The pistol is all matching and original with 80-85% of the original military blue remaining. Most of the wear is on the barrel, with a little more on the trigger guard and right side of the slide. Fully functional, including the de-cocker. Excellent bore with strong rifling. Nice black Mauser grips with surface scuffs but no cracks or chips. Comes with a total of two magazines, both of which are marked ‘jvd’ and WaA706 on the spine. The rig is completed by a fairly nice 1942 hardshell holster. No missing stitches or notable defects.
