11/28/22 – This is a very nice example of a Mauser Model 1934 sold in the commercial market in about 1940. It is all matching, has a high polish finish, and is properly “Eagle N” proofed. It comes as a rig with an excellent example of a scarce Akah-marked Mauser Model 1934 black leather holster and two proper magazines. The gun itself has retained about 94% of its bluing. There are areas of minor wear at the front edges of the frame, towards the front of the slide, around the tang, on the front strap, and on the underside of the trigger guard. Comes with a very nice period-correct wood grip – no cracks or chips. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
